How to perform an OTA Whiteboard Update on the Q Pro
Open the “Whiteboard” application from your panel’s home screen.
Press the “Update” button to begin updating your whiteboard application.
Allow the update to download.
You may see the following message pop up on your screen: “For your security, your phone currently isn’t allowed to install unknown apps from this source. You can change this in settings.” If this message appears, please tap the “Settings” button within the pop up.
To allow the whiteboard to update, toggle “Allow from this source” to “ON” by tapping the grey toggle button.
Press “Update” on the below pop up window to complete the whiteboard update.
Allow the update to install. Once the update is finished, you will be asked to either open the whiteboard or select “done” to close the pop up window. You will now be on the latest whiteboard version. ?
Note: If this update is done before FW v1.4.11, it will need to be done again once updated. Updating to FW v1.4.11 will revert the Whiteboard application to an older version.
