How to Turn On/Off Automatic Annotation Screenshots

Below is an article on how to turn on and off the automatic annotation screenshot setting in the Annotation tool. When the setting is on, every time the user closes the annotation tool, it will take a snapshot of the screen.



  1. 1. Tap on the toolbar on either side of your panel and go into annotation mode. 

    1. - If you do not have toolbars enabled, please watch this video to do so!


  



  1. 2. In the bottom right, click the gear icon to enter the annotation feature's settings. 


  


 

  1. 3. Turn off or on the “Auto Screenshot”.
