Below we will go over the steps of how to check an apps version number on the Q Pro, Q, NT+, Z, and RS+. The app version can be quite helpful when troubleshooting issues with specific apps on the panel. In some cases, rolling back or updating to a different version may resolve the issues.
NOTE: The app versions that show on NDM are different.
Q Pro, Q series, NT+, Z, and RS+:
1. Enter the panel’s setting menu.
2. Click on Apps. If you have an NT+, it will be called “Gadgets”
3. Select the app you want to check
4. If you have a Q or Z series, press advanced. The version number will appear at the bottom.
