Q/Q Pro/Z Pro – Streaming Service Apps

Below is an article regarding known compatibility issues with streaming apps and the Q, Q Pro and Z Pro Series. 

 


Please note: Compatibility will vary depending on firmware versions, app versions, and models. 


The application developers will manage their apps as needed. Newline will continue to support third party apps to the best of our ability. To get the most seamless experience with streaming platforms our recommendation is to utilize a connected device meant for media of this nature (I.E FireStick, Roku, Apple TV, Connected Computer). If this is not a viable option, there are some other ways to attempt streaming off your Newline panel. 

As a workaround, we recommend utilizing the web browser applications on the panels. Follow the advised steps below.

  1. 2. Tap the 3 dots on the top right 

 

 

  1. 3. Check the desktop site option
