All – How to Enable and Disable Touch 

When your touch is disabled and you need to enable it, or if you'd like to disable your touch, please follow the articles steps below. 



To Enable Touch: 

  1. If your touch is disabled, you'll see the message below in the bottom center of your screen when you attempt to touch the screen:
    And, you'll see this icon at the top right of your screen: 

  2. If you'd like to re-enable it, please hold down the button physically on the panel that corresponds to your panel for 5 to 10 seconds: 
    • Q Pro and Q: Volume button
    • Z Pro and Z: Volume down button
    • RS and RS+: Menu button
      • Press and hold the menu button on the left-hand side of the panel. There is a piece of plastic that covers the buttons, this may need to be opened to expose the buttons.

  3. After you re-enable it, you'll see a message similar to the one pictured below:




To Disable Touch: 

  1. If you'd like to disable your touch, you'll hold down the button physically on the panel that corresponds to your panel for 5 to 10 seconds, same as mentioned above: 
    • Q Pro and Q: Volume button
    • Z: Volume down button
    • RS and RS+: Menu button
      • Press and hold the menu button on the left-hand side of the panel. There is a piece of plastic that covers the buttons, this may need to be opened to expose the buttons.
  2. Once it has been disabled, you'll see a message similar to the one pictured below: 

    And, you'll see this icon at the top right of your screen:
