How to locate the serial and model number on a Q Pro Series


There are three different options to locate the serial and model number of your Q Pro Series. 

  1. Physically on the panel 
  2. Via the settings menu on the panel 
  3. Via the Newline Display Management App (See below for pre-requirement)


Please see below for a breakdown of how to perform each method. 


  1. Physically on the panel 
    • On the right-hand backside of the panel
  2. In the settings menu
    • From the homepage tap "Settings" either a gear icon in the top right, or it will look like an "App" both pictured below 
    • 21Q Theme


    • Google Theme


  3. In the NDM App 
    • Opening the NDM app will show the device ID, which is also the serial number for the panel - This would only work if your organization utilizes NDM and has registered the units with the solution.
