How to Remove User Profiles

Below is an article on how to remove a User on your Q Pro series panel.



Please follow the guide below to remove a User.


  1. Access the ‘Settings’ of the panel by clicking the gear icon either on the homepage, or, by swiping up to access the App Drawer.

  2. Scroll down on the left-hand side of the ‘Settings’ menu and select ‘System’.

  3. Within the ‘System’ settings menu, scroll down and select the ‘Multiple users’ option.

  4. Then, select the User that you want to remove.

  5. Select the ‘Delete user’ option.

  6. The screen will ask you to confirm removing the User. Select the ‘DELETE’ option.
