How to Enable Single User Mode

Below is an article on how to enable Single User Mode.



Please follow the guide below to enable Single User Mode to your Q Pro panel.


  1. Access the ‘Settings’ of the panel by clicking the gear icon either on the homepage, or, by swiping up to access the App Drawer.

  2. Scroll down on the left-hand side of the ‘Settings’ menu and select ‘System’.

  3. Within the ‘System’ settings menu, scroll down and select the ‘Multiple Users’ option.

  4. Then, toggle off the ‘Allow multiple users’ option to enable Single User Mode.
    • Toggle on ‘Allow multiple users’ if you want to disable Single User Mode, and allow multiple users.
