DV - Module Has No Image



Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.


1. Turn off the DV panel and unplug the power supply.

2. Remove the module from the panel.

3. Use compressed air to blow protentional dust from the connection ports on the module.

4. Insert the module back into the panel and check if the issue occurs.

  • If issue persist, replace the module.


If issue persist after replacing the module, please try the following.

1. Reseat the scan card.

  • If issue persist, replace the scan card.
  • If issue persist, replace the module hub.
