Newline Cast - Grid view 


Grid view allows up to 4 attendees or connected devices to be seen on-screen at the same time.


1. Access the Newline cast app on the panel.

2. Ensure moderator mode is enabled.

  • Click Settings on the bottom left corner
  • Click Session Management
  • Turn on Moderator mode

3. Once moderator mode is enabled, click Grid view.

4. Ask users to connect to your session by entering the 6 or 10 digit ID shown on the screen.

5. Once the users are connected, click invite to share the connected device screen.

6. The user will receive a notification inviting them to present their screen, which they can either accept or reject.
