NT+ - RS232 Troubleshoot


In the event the panel is not accepting any RS-232 commands, please ensure the following are correct:


1. Reference the RS-232 code: Download


2. The firmware on the panel is up to date or at least above v1.2.2. If it's not, please connect the panel to the network to perform an over the air update. If connecting a panel to the network is not an update, please Submit a ticket : Newline Technical Services (freshdesk.com) for the thumbdrive method.


3. CF is included at the end of each code.


4. Verify the serial port connection.
