NDM - How to Perform a Factory Reset on the Panel
The Newline Display Management allows you to remotely perform a factory reset on the panel. When a factory reset is performed, it will wipe the data and settings on the panel. This also means the panel will be disconnected from your NDM account.
After a factory reset, you will have to perform a reset authentication token on the panel and then re-pair it back to your account.

How to perform a factory reset
1. In the management portal, search and select the hardware ID of the panel.
2. A mini dashboard will appear for that panel.
3. Click Lock and then Select Wipe.
4. Click Yes to confirm.
