To reduce the load on your network, or to present at a higher resolution, you might need to change the resolution image quality. You can also adjust the frame rate.
How to change the resolution for Windows and Mac displaynote app
- On your computer, open the Windows and Mac displaynote app.
- Click Settings and select Streaming quality.
- Select 720p or 1080p.
- High Frame Rate can be toggled on or off
- Finish by clicking Ok to save.
How to change the resolution for the web app
1. In the web version, go to displaynote.com/join and select stream quality.
2. Select 720p or 1080p.
3. Finish by clicking Confirm to save.
