No Sound from OPS on Netflix App  

This article will help with a potential sound issue that may be experienced while using the Netflix App on the OPS


This article was written for Windows 11, but should be similar for Windows 10 


Go to control panel

Tap "View By" in the top right corner of this menu - sort by "Large or Small Icons"

Tap "Sound" 

Tap "Newline" 

Tap "Properties" 

Tap "Advanced" in the Newline Properties menu 

Under the "Exclusive Mode" setting - Disable both tick boxes.


Sound should be functioning as expected once these steps have been performed.
