Tips on resolving a Blue Screen :( Error Message 

Below is a brief guide on how to manage a blue screen error message on your Newline OPS Windows computer.


Should you encounter a blue screen error page due to an improper update/shutdown, please do the following:



  1. Record the error code and provide it to your IT team in order to run basic troubleshooting steps. 
  2. Run Start Up Repair when prompted.
  3. Under Advanced Option, run the system restore or automatic repair.
  4. Should these steps not resolve the blue screen error message, the suggestion from Windows is to Reimage the computer. Please check out a quick guide here should you need help with this step.
