Newline Cast - Debug/Diagnostic Window
Issue: Black Box with Text on Newline Panel
When using Newline Cast by DisplayNote some users may encounter a black box with yellow text on the panel. This is a diagnostic window put in place for troubleshooting by the developers.
If this occurs, this is due to the system recognizing several taps from the fine (thin) point of the stylus or a small finger, enabling the window to appear.
Resolution:
To remove the diagnostic window, verify that you have a casting session running. After this has been verified use the fine tip of the stylus and tap the screen at least five times, if this does not resolve the issue proceed to tap the screen again ten to fifteen times to get rid of the text and window.
