Issue: The display automatically turns itself off when playing a video or after a period of inactivity.
Each display is Energy Star rated and comes in Energy Saving Mode, meaning that after 30 minutes of no-touch activity, it will give a warning and shut itself off automatically. To change this setting:
- Open the settings menu – from the Android home screen, select the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Scroll down to the Power settings.
- Select Energy Saving and change the panel to the desired time.
- If you wish to disable the setting, please set it to Never.
