How to Connect a Computer to the Interactive Flat Panel

PC | 1. Connect a video cable and USB cable from the computer to the display. A) For PC, we recommend using a 10 - 15ft USB cable. B) The type of cable will depend on the type of USB Touch port on your display. For USB-B ports on your display, use a USB A-B cable. For USB-A ports on your display (as in the example below), use a USB A-A cable. Click here for an example of a supported USB A-A cable. 2. On the panel, ensure the 2 cables are connected to the correct ports. A) Video cable to the video port. E.g. HDMI, VGA, and Display Port. B) USB cable to Touch Port. C) The 2 cables must be paired with the same set of ports on the panel. As an example, if you connect an HDMI cable to HDMI 2, the USB cable must be connected to Touch Port 3.

Mac | 1. Connect a video cable and a USB cable from the computer to the display. A) For Mac, we recommend using a 6ft USB cable as Macs tend to have difficulty pushing a signal at longer lengths. B) Some Mac models only have USB-C ports in which we recommend using a USB-C to USB adapter. A brand we recommend using is linked below. 2. On the panel, ensure the 2 cables are connected to the correct ports. A) Video cable to the video port. E.g. HDMI, VGA, and Display Port. B) USB cable to Touch Port. C) The 2 cables must be paired with the same set of ports on the panel. As an example, if you connect an HDMI cable to HDMI 3, the USB cable must be connected to Touch Port 3. 3.
