Issue: The product key is not activating on an IdeaMax software

  • Ensure the computer has an active internet connection. 
  • Re-enter the license key.
  • Your organization network is most likely blocking the software from reaching out to the activation server. Please submit the server IP and port( & port 8080) to your network team to create an exception.
