How to enable SSO in NDM 

Follow these steps to configure single sign-on (SSO) in your NDM account


  1. Log in to your NDM account.

  2. In the left-hand menu, select Users.

  3. Click the “+” icon in the top-right corner of the screen to add a new user.

  4. From the Identity Provider dropdown, select Google or Microsoft, depending on the account type you want to add.

  5. Enter a username for the identity.

  6. Provide the email address associated with the single sign-on account.

  7. Specify whether the account will be a User or an Administrator.

    • (Optional) Configure additional settings such as language preferences, tags, and permissions for this account.




Helpful tips:

  • If the account being added for SSO is an organizational account, SSO will need to be enabled on the organization for this process to be work. Please follow the documentation from your solution provider for enabling SSO for external apps.
