OPS - No Touch on OPS Source

This article provides troubleshooting methods to resolve the OPS source having no touch. 


  1. 1. Restart the panel and the computer. 

  1. 2. Reseat the OPS unit. 

  1. 3. Make sure that the OPS drivers are up-to-date - Drivers.

  1. 4. Perform a factory reset on the panel. 

  1. 5. If available, swap OPS with a known good functioning unit. If the issue doesn’t occur, test the faulty OPS on a known good functioning panel. 

  1. 6. If the issue persists, please create a support ticket. 


Helpful tips:


  • If the OPS is the issue, Windows can be reinstalled.
  • When creating a support ticket, please provide the serial number of the OPS. This can be found on a sticker on the physical unit of the OPS.
