STV+ - How to Factory Reset


This article will help you navigate the settings menu of the STV+ panel to factory reset the device.  



Please follow the guide below to factory reset the STV+:   


        1. Using the remote control, select "Settings".  

 

        2. Within the "Settings" options, select "About".  

  

        3. Then, select the "Reset" option.           

  

 



        4. Select the "Factory Reset" option.  


        5. It will prompt you for a PIN code to be entered. Then click OK on the remote.

                - The PIN code is "1111". 


 



        6. Finally, select "Factory Reset" and then "Erase Everything".
