STV+ - How to Factory Reset


This article will help you navigate the settings menu of the STV+ panel to factory reset the device.



Please follow the guide below to factory reset the STV+:  


        1. Using your remote controller, select "Settings". 


        2. Within the "Settings" options select "About". 

 

        3. Then select the "Reset" option.            




        4. Then select the "Factory Reset" option. 


        5. It will prompt you for a PIN code to be entered. The PIN code is "1111". Then click OK on the remote.



       6. Finally, select "Factory Reset" and then "Erase Everything".
