NT+ - Wi-Fi Toggle Does Not Turn On

Under the Network settings of the panel, if the wi-fi toggle fails to turn on, it could indicate that the wi-fi module is either not installed or installed incorrectly on the panel.

1. Verify if the wi-fi module is installed on the panel. The module has two antennas and is normally located on the left side of the panel.

2. If the module is installed, try removing it from the panel and reinserting it to refresh the connection.

  • If issue persist, plug a different module into the panel.

3. If the module is not installed, contact your dealer to confirm if it was purchased.
