NT+ - Panel Powers On After Sending RS-232 Power Off

If the panel turns on right after sending the RS-232 Power Off command, this could be due to the Signal Source wake-up setting on the panel.  

1. Access the settings of the panel.

2. Scroll down and then select Power.

3. Turn off Signal Source Wake Up.

Signal Source wake up feature is where the unit automatically powers on after it detects a new active signal.
