NDM - How to Re-Pair a Panel Back to Your Account


In the event a panel stopped checking in to your account, you can re-pair the panel back to your account. 


Here are the symptoms of a panel if it stopped checking in.

  • The last seen date is 2 weeks old even though the panel is being used almost everyday
  • The panel is no longer accepting commands


Before going through the re-pair process, ensure the panel is connected to the network and has a correct date and time. If the panel is not connected to the network or if the date and time is incorrect, this can cause the panel to not check in. 


If the above has been corrected and it is still not checking in, you can re-pair the panel back to your account to refresh the connection.


How to re-pair

1. Go to the panel and open the Newline Display Management app.

2. Click the 3 dots on the top right corner and then click Config server.

3. Continue to click Next until you click Finish to complete the process.
