How to revert the Whiteboard app to a previous version
For panels that are managed via NDM:
- Log in to your NDM account
- Select the board by clicking on the row (not the check box on the left)
- In the new window, locate the Whiteboard app in the middle pane
- Select the three dots next to Whiteboard, then select Uninstall
- Select 'Yes' to confirm
- Restart the panel, and the base version of Whiteboard will be installed once the panel reboots
(Please note that if your board is connected to a network, you may be prompted to update the app to the latest version. Decline the update to remain on the previous version)
If your panel is not enrolled in NDM or if the steps above were not successful, please submit a support ticket and our team will be happy to assist.
Helpful tips:
You can check the version of whiteboard that you are currently on by doing the following:
- Locate the gear icon in the bottom right in the Whiteboard app
- Quickly tap 4-5 times to the right of the gear and the version number will be displayed in the top right
