How to Set Default Office Apps 

Below is an article on how to set the default office apps on a Q or Z series 



In this example, we will use PowerPoint as the default application to use for slide shows. 

  • Make sure Microsoft PowerPoint is installed. You will see it in Apps (it will say PowerPoint). If it's not installed, install it from the Newline App Store.
  • In File Commander, on the left, scroll down and go to Settings
  • Turn off "Open documents in OfficeSuite"
  • Navigate to one of the slideshows and open it. You will see this notification:
  • Select PowerPoint, then select Always.
