NDM - How to Apply Commands to Single or Multiple Panels or Groups

One of the main purposes of a device management platform is to apply commands and operate the devices. Applying commands to devices can be done on a single device, a group of devices, selected devices or all the devices on your account at once.

How to apply a command to a single device

There are three methods to accomplish this. It is a matter of preference on which method to use.

Method 1: Mini dashboard

1. In the management portal, click the hardware ID of the panel to show the mini dashboard.

2. On the right, choose the command you want to send.

Method 2: Device view

Method 3: Check mark

2. Adding a check mark will activate the top menu allowing you to apply commands.
