NDM - Assets Overview


Asset repositories are saved images or audio files that can be used for functions like Advanced messaging.


How to create an asset

  1. In the management portal, click the Repositories icon from the left side of the menu.
  2. Click Assets.
  3. A new window will appear showcasing a list of asset repositories, if previously created.
  4. Click Add New.
  5. Type in the name of your repository.
  6. Add a description.
  7. Under Asset type, select either Image or audio.
  8. Upload either a picture or an audio file.
  9. Once the sync is complete, click Confirm.
