TABLE OF CONTENTS
If an application is not behaving as expected, the first thing we recommend is to fully close out of the app using the multi-task view. This can also assist with your display's performance, as the multi-task view allows you to close out of applications that may be utilizing high amounts of memory in the background.
Q Pro / Z Pro Series Instructions
- Tap one the circles on the sides of your screen to expand your toolbar menu.
- On this menu, tap the Multi-Task View icon.
- From this screen you can swipe applications upwards to close them, or you can swipe all the way to the left until you see the "CLEAR ALL" button. Clicking this button will close all open applications.
Q / Z Series Instructions
- Tap one the circles on the sides of your screen to expand your toolbar menu.
- On this menu, tap the Multi-Task View icon.
- From here you can tap the trashcan on the right to close out of all applications, or tap the X icon on each application to individually close them out.
RS+ Series Instructions
- On one of your side toolbars, tap and hold the PC icon to reveal the Multi-Task View icon.
- Tap Clear All at the top to close out of all applications, or you can tap the X on each application to individually close them out
