TABLE OF CONTENTS


If an application is not behaving as expected, the first thing we recommend is to fully close out of the app using the multi-task view. This can also assist with your display's performance, as the multi-task view allows you to close out of applications that may be utilizing high amounts of memory in the background.


Q / Z Series Instructions

  1. Tap one the circles on the sides of your screen to expand your toolbar menu.
  2. On this menu, tap the Multi-Task View icon.
  3. From here you can tap the trashcan on the right to close out of all applications, or tap the X icon on each application to individually close them out.


RS+ Series Instructions


  1.  On one of your side toolbars, tap and hold the PC icon to reveal the Multi-Task View icon.
  2. Tap Clear All at the top to close out of all applications, or you can tap the on each application to individually close them out
