NDM - How to Customize the Columns in Device View


In the device view, the default columns are: 

  • Hardware ID
  • Name
  • Last Seen
  • Agent Version
  • Model
  • Tags
  • Newline FW


NDM offers more options than the default view to enable additional columns or disable the current ones.


Below is a list of categories to change your dashboard view:

  • OS
  • Device ID
  • Label
  • Device Name
  • Email
  • Last seen
  • Location
  • IP Address
  • Local IP
  • Agent Version
  • IMEI
  • Wi-Fi
  • OS Version
  • Model
  • Permissions
  • Sim
  • Serial Number
  • Policy-Kiosk
  • Dep Profile
  • Tags
  • First register
  • CPU ABI
  • CPU Info
  • DNS Hostname
  • Workgroup
  • WLAN MAC address
  • Ethernet MAC address
  • Groups
  • Firmware Version
  • Newline Cast (App Ver)
  • Asset Tag**
  • Newline FW

For the "Asset Tag" column this is an optional feature we can enable for your account, please reach out to our team if you would like to have this as an option.


  1. In the management portal under Device view, click the Columns icon located in the top right corner. Pictured in the image below
  2. Select the toggle for the column you want to disable or enable.
    • If the toggle is to the right and has a checkmark, it means the column enabled.
    • If the toggle is to the left, without a a checkmark, it means the column is disabled.
