NDM - Commands Page Overview


The command page details a list of commands or functions that were applied to the panels.

After applying commands on devices, groups or creating a triggered command, you may want to query command result and perhaps manage the ongoing commands.


On the left side main menu, click on Commands to be presented with a history summary.  You can sort and search results by any column.


By clicking on any line (Command) you can see more in-depth information about the command itself.

In the example below, the command to install an app delivered successfully to all devices (in this case there was only one device).

 

In the example below, the command to uninstall an app failed. If you click More info, it will prompt with the failure reason. In this case the reason is that the app was not installed on the panel to begin with.


You can always stop, start, edit, resend or delete any commands. These options can be found by clicking the 3 dots next to the command.
