NDM - How to Disable and Enable Apps


The management system offers the ability to disable and enable apps installed on the panel. The instructions below provides a brief guideline on how to disable apps to one or multiple panels and to groups.


How to disable and enable apps on one panel

1. On the management portal, select the hardware ID of the panel to prompt the mini dashboard.

2. In the mini dashboard, you will see a list of apps that are installed. If you do not see the app, you can either search for it or click the right arrow icon to view additional apps.


3. Click the 3 dots next to the app you want to disable.

4. Click Disable app. Likewise, if you want to re-enable the app, click Enable app.


How to disable and enable apps to multiple panels

1. On the management portal, add a checkmark to the panels you want to disable the apps on.


2. Once the panels are selected, click More actions on the top.


3. Click Disable Apps.


4. Search for the apps you want to disable. Click the + sign next to it to add the app to the disabled list. Once the list is complete, click Disable.


5. Likewise, you can do the same to enable app. Click Enable apps under More actions.


How to disable apps to groups

1. In the management portal, click the Groups icon located on the top right.

2. Search and click the 3 dots next to the group you want to disable the apps on.

3. Click Disable Apps.

4. Search for the apps you want to disable. Click the + sign next to it to add the app to the disabled list. Once the list is complete, click Disable.

5. Likewise, you can do the same to enable app. Click Enable apps after clicking the 3 dots.
