NDM - How to Remote Into a Panel

1. In the management portal, click the hardware ID of the panel to bring up the mini dashboard.

2. From the right side, click Remote to access the panel remotely.

3. A new window will appear to showcase the panel.

If the remote function does not work, please ensure the following are established.

1. The panel is powered on.

2. The "Require users permission for remote control" is disabled. This option is found under account settings.

3. The network requirement guide is followed. Download
