The steps below are for a hardware reset. This does not perform a software reset on the panel.


In the event the TruTouch does not power on due to a power surge or overheating, please perform a panel reset by doing the following:


IB, X5, and X7 models:

  1. On the display, locate the rocker switch near the power cord. 
  2. Have the rocker switch to the OFF position.
  3. Turn the rocker switch to the ON position.
  4. Hold down the reset button for 15 seconds.

      5. At the 15th second, press the front power button with your other finger.

      6. Release both fingers from the reset and power button at the same time.

      7. Press the front power button to turn on the display.


All other models without a reset button:


    1. Have the rocker switch to the OFF position.
    2. Press and hold the power button on the front of the panel.
    3. While holding the power button, flip the rocker switch to the ON position.
    4. Release both fingers from the power button and the rocker switch.

    5. Press the front power button to turn on the display.
