How to remove user profiles (Q & Z Series only) with the latest firmware version.

  1. First, ensure that you are logged into the Owner profile.
  2. On the home screen of your panel, tap the settings icon in the top right corner.
  3. Scroll all the way down and tap System.
  4. Tap Advanced.
  5. Type in your Admin passcode.
  6. Tap Accounts.
  7. Turn the "Single user mode" slider to ON.
  8. Your panel will now reboot and you will now bypass the user profile screen.
