How to Locate the Model and Serial Number Sticker

  • Behind the panel
  • Accessory box
UB / FB / VN / RS / IPThe Model & Serial Number sticker is located in the following places:
  • Shipping Box
    • The sticker will look like this
  • Behind the panel
  • Bottom right corner underneath the panel
  • Accessory box
RS+ / NT / Q /
Z / Q Pro / Z Pro		The Model & Serial Number sticker is located in the following places:
  • On the shipping box
    • The sticker will look like this:
  • On the right-hand back side of the panel
    • The sticker will look like this:

      *Note: The image is sideways to better reflect what it will look like on the side of the panel.



How to Locate the Model and Serial Number Within the Settings

Q Pro / Z ProThe steps to find the Model & Serial Number of the panel are listed below:

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Scroll all the way down and select About Tablet
  3. Under Device details, you will see the model and serial number
Q / Z / RS+ / NT / NT+ /  STV / STV+The steps to find the Model & Serial Number of the panel are listed below:

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Scroll all the down and select System
  3. Select About
  4. Now you can view the model and serial number

Note: (NT+ will only display the Serial Number)
