How to Back Up a User Profile

Navigate to: C:\Program Files (x86)\IdeaMax\IdeaMax\NewLine\IdeaMax\Config You will see several XML files; look for the user profile name created in the IdeaMax User Management and select both the “.config” and “.interface” files and save them to a flash drive. These are the files needed to restore a user profile or move to a different computer.
